The Montessori environment should be beautiful, uncluttered, reflect peace and tranquility, and well maintained." -- Maria Montessori
Maria Montessori’s vision of a learning environment that reflects peace, beauty and functionality inspires us at Mansio Montessori of Geneva every day. To continue fostering independence and confidence in our students, we must maintain spaces that align with this vision.
As we launch our #Giving Tuesday campaign this year, we invite not only our dedicated parent community but also extended families, local businesses, and community members to join us, Mansio Montessori of Geneva, this #Giving Tuesday, December 3rd. It's an annual 24 hour event that lasts from 12:00 a.m. - 11:59 p.m. It's a time where people are encouraged to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
This year’s, #Giving Tuesday campaign, focuses on the essential space of the Beginning Toddler's kitchen and staff bathroom. These two spaces are over two decades old.
Our goal this year is $8,998.00 to cover the expenses for the purchase and installation costs for the replacement of the sinks and cabinets in both spaces that have served us for over 20 years. The breakdown of our funding needs are as follows: Countertops: $1,075; Sink: $801, Cabinets (4 upper, 4 lower):$4,237; Backsplash: $1,005, Outlet replacements (3@$15 each): $45; and Faucet: $129.
Here’s how you can help: Share: spread the word about our campaign with your network—family, friends, and local businesses. Donate: Any amount, large or small, brings us closer to our goal. Together: we can achieve this goal and provide the beautiful, uncluttered, and tranquil environment our children deserve.
We invite you to spread the word, from now until Tuesday,
December 3rd, about this year’s #Giving Tuesday's campaign for Mansio Montessori of Geneva. Every gift matters, every share counts, and every act of kindness strengthens our community.
