East Bay Health focuses on delivering high quality primary care tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Our approach includes offering flexible appointment options, including same-day and next-day scheduling of 30 to 90-minute appointments, ensuring that we dedicate the necessary time to address our patients’ concerns comprehensively. At East Bay Health, we believe in health equity. We offer free care for underinsured and low income patients.

In line with our commitment to preventative medicine, we are proud to offer a range of community classes, benefiting both our members and our community at large:

Culinary Medicine Classes: In collaboration with Cindy Gershen, our program integrates the art of cooking with medical science, empowering individuals to use food as a tool for better health.
Postpartum Support Group: We host a free weekly support group for new mothers, providing them with resources and encouragement for successful breastfeeding, which is crucial for early childhood development.
After School Classes: We offer weekly after school classes for local schools. Our current classes focus on culinary medicine and mindfulness.
Free Community Lectures: Periodically, we give free lectures and presentations open to the public about a variety of health topics
