Meet Joy—she’s one of the sweetest, happiest dogs you’ll ever know. She’s full of love, always wagging her tail, and ready to share that joy with everyone she meets. 😊 Joy has found a foster home, but to get her there, she needed to be spayed, and the vet bill came to $444.
