If you attended the Kenya Matters annual event, you heard the story of a young woman, a university graduate, who is again attending school for a degree that will make her far more marketable in the employment world. With the first of September, she has started another semester of post-college education.

With the Kenyan economy doing poorly, part-time jobs are difficult to find. She is in need of tuition dollars and monthly living expenses while she is in school for the next three months.

Actual Costs

~ $100/month for her stipend for expenses, including housing, transportation, food, etc.
