GET TOGETHER NOW! -A Charity Concert Celebrating the Life & Spirit of Singer-Songwriter, Humanitarian Jesse Colin Young

Rock Cellar Productions, in cooperation with The Tribe Band –a collective of top LA-based musicians & singers and the Get Together Foundation –a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to making the world a better place, present “GET TOGETHER NOW!", an all-star charity concert that embraces the concept of unity and diversity through music. On Saturday, May 30th, Angelinos will set aside their differences and ‘get together’ to share the things that matter to everyone: love, respect, peace, unity, acceptance, tolerance, one-ness, kindness, integrity, and togetherness. The evening will include and array of 25+ of LA’s top musicians and singers all coming together and donating their time to share one cause.

Honoring founding member of The Youngbloods, the late Jesse Colin Young, Get Together Now! will embrace the essence of the song GET TOGETHER - "Come on people now, smile on your brother, everybody get together, try to love one another right now." -a concept that took hold and continues to touch hearts from generation to generation. The event will celebrate the man, his music, and significant messages of peace, love & understanding through song.

Proceeds will support our Circle of Charities –Get Together Foundation’s select partner organizations that help people in need in the community: The Midnight Mission, Guitar Center Music Foundation, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, and Future Youth Records..

Committed to action, the Get Together Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose programs provide direct services – food, shelter, supplies, and education to children & families in need. This includes a music enrichment program, “Together in Tune,” for underserved kids from ages 7-17. Through their partnerships, GTF deepens its work in the community.
