Gideon's 300

Sustainability Campaign

In the days of Gideon, Isreal was oppressed by the Midianites (Judges 6:2). In a miraculous story of God's direction, aid and sovereign intervention, Gideon defeated the Midianite army of 132,000 with just 300 chosen soldiers.

This was all God needed to show that He was the deliverer (Judges 7:7). Each soldier was equipped with a jar containing a torch inside and a trumpet (Judges 7:16). When the battle was about to begin, the jars were smashed, the torches shined and the 300 trumpets sounded, then victory was won (Judges 7:20-23). 

First Refuge Ministries is looking for 300 soldiers to give reoccurring donations of $100 a month. If you would like to help us meet our goal faster you can sign up be a Captain at $200.00 a month. We also have an option to sign up as Purah, Gideon's servant and armor bearer at $500.00 a month. But if you want to lead the charge on the front line you can sign up as Gideon, son of Joash himself at $1000,00 a month

Our goal is $30,000 of reoccurring donations every month for overall operating cost so we can continue offering Dental, Medical, Professional Counseling and Food Pantries for Denton County. 

We need 300 faithful people to carry light and sound the trumpet blast!
