In 2015, EY reported that 94% of women in C-suite positions played sports, with 52% competing at the collegiate level. Sports participation and exposure globally have grown largely over the last five years, with sports such as women’s basketball, volleyball, and now flag football leading the pack. As the growth in popularity has been positive, we have seen an uprise in CEO’s, general managers and owners that are trailblazing a path for young women across the country.

The Win With Integrity GirlsLead Sports Clinic is designed to empower young girls through sports, leadership training, and personal development. This initiative aims to foster a positive environment where participants can enhance their skills in flag football while also engaging in critical discussions about leadership, decision-making, and the transformative power of sports. Our goal is to support 100 young women with a free clinic that includes drills, a panel discussion, a free lunch, and swag from Win With Integrity. Our goal is to raise $3,000 to support our camp needs!
