Expanding Opportunities in Scouting

Scouting America has allowed girls to join their ranks since 2018.  Girls have embraced the program nationwide and the first class of female Eagle Scouts were awarded in 2020.  Girls in Union County, do not have that option.  Any girls interested in joining a Troop have to leave their local council and travel for meetings.  We want to establish a Troop in Union County for girls to take advantage of all of the benefits that Scouts BSA has to offer.
