As a part of the advocate team at the RCC, I have seen first-hand how we are on the front lines of sexual violence crisis moments in the lives of our neighbors in Dane County. We respond to forensic nurse exams, support clients during court hearings for restraining orders and criminal cases and are present when people are reporting to law enforcement. We stand by our clients' needs and make a nuts-and-bolts difference in the lives of people at their most traumatic moments in their lives.
