$5,000 - Sponsors 5 women through the full Fellowship program
$20,000 - Funds one full cohort of 20 women in Spring Fellowship

Millions of women worldwide are trapped in poverty, not because they lack dreams or potential, but because they lack access to mentorship. In the U.S. alone, women in public housing and low-income communities have dreams of starting businesses, advancing careers, and building better futures, but they don't know where to start. Mentorship remains a luxury accessible only to those with the right connections.

Every day, women die with their dreams still inside them. Single mothers work two jobs but never escape poverty. Talented women stay stuck in minimum-wage positions because no one believes in them or shows them a path forward. This isn't just an economic issue, it's a crisis of unrealized potential.

Dream Mentorship exists to break this cycle. We provide structured, high-quality mentorship to women regardless of their income, geography, or connections.
