April is Second Chance Month which is why we're celebrating RISE's 3rd Annual Giving Day on Thursday, April 24th, 2025—a time to recognize the power of redemption and opportunity.

At RISE, transformation begins inside prison and continues into the community. Through character development, job readiness, entrepreneurship, and reentry support, we equip individuals for lasting success.

The rise and fall of incarceration impacts families, communities, and futures. Nebraska has the most overcrowded prison system in the U.S., but together, we can break cycles and create second chances.

RISE serves in 7 Nebraska prisons, offering a 6-month program where graduates earn career readiness credentials. Volunteers play a vital role—coaching resumes, business pitches, and leadership skills. Post-release, we provide case management, employment support, and entrepreneurship training to ensure stability.
