In 2021 I was accepted to the IGDA Foundation Virtual Exchange program, and it empowered me, taught me so much, and really changed my life for the better. The International Game Developer Association Foundation (IGDA Foundation) is an advancement program dedicated to mentoring individuals from underrepresented communities worldwide, by providing access to mentor programs and coaching from industry veterans that build skills and networking for professional opportunities.

Our Goal is to Raise Funds to Provide 100 Individual Grants

Grants allow participants in IGDA Foundation’s 2023 Virtual Exchange to attend a 6-week professional development program at no cost. 

Participants in our programs are selected both for their excellence as individuals and for the promotion of a more diverse and inclusive community. We believe that diversity of all kinds in game development leads to better and more successful products and companies.
