They provide essential workforce development initiatives, professional development offerings, resources, research, and advocacy to promote the emotional and social well-being of infants and young children. The strength of the Alliance has a profound impact on MI-AIMH and the other 35 state associations that license the use of the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement®.
