Late Registrations:
Registration closes 2 days before the event start - Tuesday August 9th at 11:59 PM. Participants registering after this date will be subject to a $5 walk-in late fee, so make sure to get your registration in early by submitting your character info on the National website http://nerolarponline.com/ AND reserving your event ticket here.

Event Tickets:

Your first event is FREE. If this is your first adventure with us, you will only need to purchase a single ticket for tavern food, if you are not providing your own meals for the weekend.

Purchase an Event Ticket and a Food (Tavern) Ticket to best suit your needs through this campaign.

You can also opt to register as "non-attending," for events, and purchase a ticket for the equivalent XP simply to support NERO Empire. Please include this in your ticket notes and character registration notes if you purchase a ticket, but will not be attending the event.
Any additional donations will go towards supporting Empire chapter needs such as upgrading NPC weapons, props, makeup, and costumes to bring your next adventure to life!

If you're an existing player who is bringing a new player to their first event and introducing them to the game, help them get their character registered online, and we will credit 50% towards your next event ticket - they must *actually* show up to the event, or your character will not be processed without full payment. This does not combine with any of the additional discounts below, and may only be applied to the first overnight event where your new adventuring companion joins the tale.

Discounts:

May combine additional discounts for up to $15 off. Cannot be applied to tavern/meal tickets. Wait to pay upon arrival to confirm your discounts in person unless contacted by a member of staff (you can select "pay by check," when registering), and we'll help get you sorted out during check-in with proof of discount eligibility. Must be presented at event check-in, or sent in to staff ahead of time.

$5 off with proof of a Student Report Card showing all C's or above.

$5 off for Public Servants - military, teachers, firefighters, etc.

$5 off for Traveling Players (over 200 miles).

$5 off for Tent Camping (overnight events only).

Volunteering:

It is FREE to NPC for the full weekend - no need to purchase a ticket here if you're volunteering. This includes food if you register before the registration deadline at http://nerolarponline.com/ and create a placeholder character for your event experience. You'll receive full XP for your character registered in the National database for free, as though you had paid to play the game as a PC. Come join the side of our volunteer monsters and try out the game (all the while leveling up until you're ready to play as a PC), lodging and meals included!

NERO Empire Larp has hosted exciting monthly LARP events since 2003. We combine boffer combat with theatrical roleplay and production in the Colorado outdoors with two primary campaigns alternating every three months (Galerus and Kilgriv), and a satellite campaign in Utah (Dal'Tara).
