Going for Refuge

Join us at Drong Ngur Jangchubling for a rare opportunity to engage in the Uncommon Preliminaries—essential Vajrayana practices that form the foundation of the path to enlightenment. This version of the four uncommon preliminaries is rooted in the Drikung Kagyu tradition. The teachings begin with going for refuge, the sincere act of entering the gateway of Dharma.

Led by Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche, a retreat master and spiritual director whose vision established this center as a sanctuary for deep study and practice, this event offers a sacred space to begin or deepen your journey.

Weekly teachings on refuge will continue approximately through mid-November, offering sustained guidance and connection as the community progresses through the profound practice, culminating in a two-day retreat.

Please consider becoming a monthly recurring donor. These ongoing contributions help cover essential costs, including creation of study materials, translation of oral teachings, technical support for virtual attendees, sustaining our teachers, and support for the two-day retreat.
