Help purchase land in Uganda for gorilla habitat expansion

Help  Sahaya International (USA) and Rafiki Wildlife (Uganda) with the purchase of the remaining one acre piece of land adjacent to our currently owned land, for reforestation and expansion of habitat for mountain gorillas and other wildlife. Of the total price of approximately $25,000, we raised ~$4,500, and just have approximately $21,500 to raise!

The first $10,000 raised here will be matched by anonymous donors! Donations up to $499 will be matched 1:1, while donations above $500 will be matched 2:1.

Your contribution via Sahaya International (a USA based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization; tax ID number 68-0434770), will be forwarded 100% to Rafiki Memorial Wildlife Conservation Initiative in Uganda to support the purchase of the land . All donations are tax-deductible in the U.S., according to standard IRS regulations.

Sahaya International uses the Givebutter platform to ensure data security. There are, of course, fees for credit card usage, and we appreciate any coverage of those fees. Additionally, there is an opportunity to leave a tip for the donation platform, but there is no obligation (so you can set that tip to zero via the pull-down menu).
