Grace Little Tree Books is a nonprofit children’s publishing and literacy organization dedicated to creating and sharing gentle, heartfelt stories for children ages 0–12.

Founded in Washington State, Grace Little Tree Books was created from a belief that stories can be a soft place to land—helping children feel safe, understood, and encouraged as they grow. Our work centers on kindness, imagination, emotional growth, and the simple magic of storytelling.

We publish original children’s books designed to nurture empathy, confidence, and curiosity, and we are committed to making stories accessible through free and low-cost distribution to schools, libraries, and community programs. As the organization grows, we also plan to offer reading and writing workshops, storytime events, and creative literacy programs that invite children to explore their own voices and love of reading.

At the heart of Grace Little Tree Books is a belief that kindness can be planted, nurtured, and grown—and that books are one of the most powerful ways to do that.
