Graceful Harvest Community Connection, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Adams County and surrounding areas.  We are dedicated to providing essential resources to individuals and families facing hardships in our community through a collaborative, community-driven approach.  We do this through thoughtful utilization of internal and community resources to provide meaningful assistance; building stronger, more resilient communities. Through various programs, we provide food assistance, clothing, referrals, and other support to those facing difficult times. With basic needs met, families served can focus on getting back on their feet and taking care of their children. We rely on support from the community to accomplish these efforts.
