For the past 5 years OPO and The Grace Project have matched over 26 families in need with local sponsors. Those 91 kids would have woken up on Christmas morning with no presents under the tree. Instead, those 91 children received wrapped gifts of much needed clothing, toys, and personal items. We have even helped family households receive much needed appliances, like stoves, and a refrigerator.

This year, with your help, we believe we can do even more! We are excited to bring The Grace Project to the community. It has been a personal family endeavor for multiple years, it just has never had a name, a website, or non-profit ‘charity’ status. We even hate using the C word (charity). To us, this is NOT charity; it’s being the best version of ourselves.

The Grace Project focuses on the holiday season. Our Sponsor-A-Family initiative matches those who are having financial – or other hardships – with donors who have the means and spirit to give. You can be matched directly with a family, providing much-needed clothing, games, toys, or life essentials. Or you can make a monetary gift to support The Grace Project.

By sponsoring families with gift assistance, monetary sponsorships, volunteering, and even in some cases providing large household items we can provide an emotional vacation that everyone deserves during the holiday season.

We are not just another non-profit organization that solicits monetary funds and moves on. No, when you sponsor a family, YOU get to meet the family you have sponsored. You get to personally hand them the items you have purchased and you will get to see, first-hand, the reason we do this. You will see how fortunate you are, and how much these families need us. And you will forever want to be a part of The Grace Project.
