The Greenification Committee is dedicated to making NoDa cleaner, greener, and more sustainable through community-driven projects and environmental advocacy—with a strong focus on monthly street cleanups that keep the neighborhood beautiful and walkable.

The committee meets on the first Saturday of each month at 10 AM at Smelly Cat Coffee, followed by a volunteer street cleanup at 11 AM. These cleanups are a core part of the committee’s work, bringing neighbors together to care for shared spaces while providing all necessary supplies.

Additional programs include the annual NoDa Arbor Day Celebration and monthly tree plantings, along with ongoing efforts to support tree canopy growth, alternative transportation, and neighborhood beautification.

Donations directly support cleanup supplies, plantings, and community events—helping create a cleaner, healthier, and more vibrant NoDa for everyone.
