Grillin' Team Sign-Up
Saturday, April 26th, 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM CDT

April 26th, 2025 Each team is responsible for everything needed for cooking, including the smoker/grill, wood/propane, power, generator (must be quiet), water, sauce, seasoning, garnishes, coolers, etc. We will provide paper products for sampling, plastic gloves, paper towels, people’s choice container for collecting money, and great entertainment. Your team may consist of up to 5 people. Each team will be given two parking spaces to use for smoker/grills, tables, tents, chairs, coolers, etc. Grillin’ teams may begin setting up booths and cooking areas on Friday, April 25th, starting at noon (no early setup allowed). Our last event was attended by over 1000 people. Please plan for at least 800 2-ounce samples. Booth set-up must be complete by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Our Grillin’ Team will be on site to greet teams and answer questions on Friday, April 25th, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Entry Fee: NONE Prizes: Prizes awarded for the following: Judges’ Choice 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places; People’s Choice 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, The Piggy Bank 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places; and Spirit of the Pig Award.
