Launched April 1, 2025, GRNN is a member of the North Jersey Villages hub, a non-profit champion of this innovative approach to aging. GRNN has connected with other “village” model organizations around the country who are already helping older residents stay in their homes longer and with more active community connection. GRNN is the first village to launch in Northern Jersey.

“Through our experience working with older adults in Glen Rock, my Co-Chair Teresa Gilbreath and I believe this to be the perfect place to build an intergenerational framework supporting seniors who wish to continue to live in their homes and be a vibrant part of our community as long as possible,” Co-Chair Mary Barchetto said.
