Garfield Elementary is a vibrant community with an emphasis on inclusion, where approximately 200 children come together to learn and grow. We offer three programs—General Education, Chinese Immersion, and Special Day Classes for autism—in an environment that fosters joy and well-rounded development for every student.

Even in normal times, the generous support of our community helps to bridge the gap between what the school district provides and the programming that enriches the learning experience for our students. With the current district-wide budget cuts, we have raised our fundraising goal to $105,000. This will help provide additional teaching support and instructional resources for our students to supplement what is being cut, in addition to maintaining enrichment programs including our performing arts, outdoor education, and garden programs.
