Event Details:

Workout Challenge: 1000 Step Ups for time (20-inch box)
Additional Gear: Participants are to wear a ruck pack. Weight categories are 45 lbs for men and 35 lbs for women.
Date: November 18th
Start Time: 9:00 AM sharp
Location: CrossFit MainLine Wayne, 125 E Swedesford Road Suite 267A, Wayne, PA 19087 (located within the Gateway Shopping Center).

About the Workout: The "CHAD" workout is named after Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who bravely served his country and inspired countless others with his dedication and strength. This Hero WOD (Workout of the Day) was specifically designed to test your endurance and mental toughness, reminiscent of the resilience and perseverance demonstrated by our armed forces.

Who Can Join: Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or looking to take on a new fitness challenge, this event is open to all who want to pay homage through physical exertion. The spirit of this workout is not only to honor Chad's legacy but also to encourage community and collective support.

Registration and Proceeds:

Register online or at the CrossFit MainLine reception.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting veterans' organizations and initiatives that were important to Chad.

Refreshments and community gathering following the workout.

Remember:

Hydration stations will be provided, but bringing your own water bottle is encouraged.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.
