Diagnosis: Heartworm disease, right-sided heart failure, pulmonary hypertension

Age: ~12 years

Current Medications:

• Sildenafil 20 mg three times a day (to reduce lung pressure)
• Lasix (Furosemide) – as prescribed (to reduce fluid buildup)
• Vetmedin (Pimobendan) 0.25 mg/kg twice a day (to help heart pump efficiently)

*Doxy 100 mg 3x a day
