With much gratitude we thank you for your donation through Give Butter Campaign for a homeless South African senior. As a result of your caring response, the recipient has been able to receive shelter, better health conditions, and an unexpected opportunity for supplementing his financial needs. A panel van has been purchased , and there will be sufficient money to cover insurance and setting up a comfortable bunk bed.An additional bonus is that the senior can use the van to create a small business to transport pets across state or country. It truly takes a village of caring individuals like yourself to make this happen.
If you wish to donate more, we will reserve any additional funds for other needy causes in our community.

Recently Homeless senior in their early 70's, unable to work due to COVID needs your help going forward to get through the next year and especially this winter season.
This individual has a hip and heart condition which makes it extremely difficult for them to continue to sleep in their car sitting upright, this has also led to poor circulation in their legs and feet. They have no immediate family and their elderly extended family is all located in Texas. The person is divorced and is a member of SAJAC.
There is a waiting list of 8 years to receive affordable housing through the county! They would be most grateful for your help in donating to this campaign to purchase a used RV or panel van to sleep in. Their only income is a very limited Social Security retirement check which is insufficient to cover rent.
Our goal would be to raise between $15,000 and $20,000 to arrange a self-sufficient RV or van with necessities to house them.

Your donation can be made via this site...If it was your relative.... would you want to see him get the minimum of a roof over his head through the winter?
