Join us for the “Girls Link Up: Self-Care Social”, a joyful, movement-based experience that celebrates mental health through the power of dance, music, and community.

We’re putting our Boots on the Ground to raise awareness, build community, and move for our mental wellness. Whether you’re feeling Dangerous, ready to Flex, or just want to let loose like a true Country Girl, this event is all about connection, care, and confidence.

In alignment with Active Minds’ and MTV’s Mental Health Action Day, and 3D Girls Inc.’s mission to empower girls and women through STEAM and SEL, this high-energy event encourages youth and families to explore the mind-body connection, release stress, and learn simple ways to support themselves and others.

Featuring Coach E – “Learn the Lines” Dance Class

Meet our dynamic instructor, Coach E (Emani Watson), a Texas-born, Georgia-raised powerhouse who found her voice through dance and is now sharing that confidence with others. She’s not only a choreographer but also a woman in STEM, studying analytics at KSU!

Get ready to master popular line dances and sneak in a little cardio with her new series, Learn the Lines! Whether you're prepping for summer cookouts or just want to have fun and de-stress, this session is all about making wellness feel joyful and accessible.
