Help Actualize AiR Move Into Our New Home in Pioneer Square!

Our Goal

We’re raising $40,000 to cover the costs of moving Actualize into our new space at 110 Prefontaine Place S, Pioneer Square. This includes rent and deposit, construction for new studio walls, movers, junk removal, and making the space ready for artists.

Our Fun-Raiser Carnival on Oct. 17 will contribute to this effort with a goal of $15,000 in one night, and this campaign will carry us to the full goal. Together, we can make it possible.

Why This Matters

For over a year, Actualize has provided free studio space, hosted exhibitions and workshops, launched curator tours and a panel discussion series, and participated in monthly art walks—collectively bringing more than 4,000 artists and art supporters into downtown Seattle.

This move Is about keeping a thriving community alive:

A place where artists can create without the crushing cost of studio rent.
A place where the art community can gather, learn, and celebrate art making.
A place where underutilized spaces are transformed into culture and connection.
