As a local nonprofit, Shady’s Paw Animal Rescue is always looking for ways to partner with the small businesses in our community to help further our mission of saving cats and finding them their forever homes. When we heard the opportunity for a matching grant through United Spay Alliance, we knew this was the perfect opportunity, so, thanks to Solenberger’s Hardware allowing us to use their space, we decided to organize a vendor fair to allow the entrepreneurs in the area to further their goals while supporting us in theirs! Our vision is to have a variety of vendors, from crafts to clothes and everything in between- but anything pet themed is a plus since we are all about animals.

As you pay your vendor fee, you can feel good in the knowledge that the money is going towards helping cats across the community AND is being matched to allow us to reach even further! We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you there!

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By purchasing a vendor slot, you are agreeing to indemnify Shady's Paw Animal Rescue & Solenberger's Hardware and hold them harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that you may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of Shady's Paw Animal Rescue &/or Solenberger's Hardware or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
