Who We Are:

Overlay Festival is a 2-day midwest event fusing art, music, tech and the subculture that connects them. Overlay's purpose is to foster sustainable careers for living artists and bolster public art with a focus on mural arts, installation art, music, and community integration through the arts.

The mission of Overlay, Inc. is two-fold: 1) to generate and provide competitively paid opportunities for artists to create public art and perform live music in the region and 2) to generate and provide the community and region with high quality, properly maintained public art from a diverse set of artistic styles and perspectives. 
Where Donations Go:
As a non profit organization, every dollar donated funnels right back into our organization to fulfill our mission to bring paying opportunities to artists, musicians, and performers in the midwest while connecting the Ozarks to artists and art communities from around the U.S.
