Remember the happy fun days of summer? Every child deserves a safe place where a kid can be a kid. YOU CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN!

TSYO’s Summer Camp will operate its eight (8) week program from June 20, 2022 to August 12, 2022. At Taylor Services Youth Organization children of all ages from diverse backgrounds enjoy fun and educational activities in a warm and safe environment. Taylor Services Youth Organization’s plan for the summer youth camp is to implement a full array of indoor and outdoor recreational activities for the youth participants. It is our goal to host various activities that will include swimming, games and drills for youth ages 5-14 such as relay races, obstacle courses, hula hoop competitions, soccer games, football games (with proper safety supervision), hopscotch, double-dutch, and other popular playground games. The summer camp program will also include daily educational and recreational field trips to various places such as ComEd Energy Hub, Chicago Fire Department Survive Alive House, Google Headquarters, Greater Chicago Food Depository, Ronald McDonald House, Bernie’s Book Bank, Marcus Theatre, Morgan Park Sports Center, Lynwood Skating Rink, Santa’s Village and North Shore Performing Arts Center. The campers will engage in academics in Reading, Language Arts, Writing, & Math, Coding Workshop, Poetry Workshop, Music Workshop, Financial Literacy Workshop and Art Workshop.

Taylor Services Youth Organization’s Summer Youth Program is designed to give youth a safe space where they can participate in educational and recreational activities as well as stay occupied during times where they may be tempted to other activities. As such, through these positive outlets we also hope to decrease involvement in gangs, violence, and other risky behaviors. In order to make this program a success and to keep kids safe this summer, we need YOU!
