Hey Everyone! 

Well we're off, up and Ready to kick off the 2026 2nd Annual Germantown Jazz Festival!!

The Germantown Jazz Festival (GJF) provides a unique opportunity to unite the vibrant community of Germantown, Philadelphia, through the art and appreciation of jazz music.
Event Date: April 24 – 26th, 2026
Attendees Expected: 2000 +


This three-day event will feature performances from local and internationally renowned jazz artists. The Richard Hill, Jr Trio, Chris Oates, TC the 3rd, Leon Jordan, Jr Quintet, MIC’d Up, Khary Shaheed Trio, and Terell Stafford, Trumpeter, Band leader, Professor, Composer. Attendees will immerse themselves in the rich, soulful sounds of jazz. The Germantown atmosphere is known for its interactive sessions of art, music, and culture, providing a platform for education, cultural activities, and engagement.


•Friday

5pm-Festival will kick off at the Attic Brewery, 132 W. Berkley Street, 5pm-until with both indoor and outdoor concerts featuring local Philadelphia Jazz Stars like The Richard Hill, Jr Trio, Chris Oates, TC the 3rd, Leon Jordan, Jr Quintet, MIC’d Up, Khary Shaheed Trio.


•Saturday
3 pm -The Festival culminates at the First United Methodist Church of Germantown, 6001 Germantown Avenue, with The Big Band Jazz Battle featuring Orrin Evans and the Captain Black Big Band, Josh Lawrence and the Family, and the Philly Pops Jazz Orchestra.

•Sunday
8pm -Midnight Late Night Jazz Jam at The Nile - The Germantown Jazz Festival house band will facilitate any local musician who wants to come and play.
