Introducing 2nd GYS headquarter Cafe Ornithology

On 11/17/2023, GYS celebrated a grand Opening of GYS 2nd for-profit business headquarter Cafe Ornithology, a sister Jazz record kissa and Jazz performing space of Ornithology Jazz Club on 1037 Broadway, right next to Ornithology on 6 Suydam street.

Cafe Ornithology is open daily from 10am till midnight offering healthy and affordable Lunch from 1 to 4pm daily plus Sunday Brunch from noon to 4pm and nightly dinner from 6:30 till 11pm with Live Jazz every night from 7:30 till 10:30pm for $5 cover charge.

Our core philosophies, to make Jazz accessible for the people, to build respectable music budget for Jazz artists in for-profit business environment, and to promote sustainability are fully reflected at Cafe Ornithology by offering one $5 cover for BOTH Cafe and Club while sustaining the respectable music budget ,and by creating ecological business model through eliminating to-go cups, composting and recycling.
