Ma'ot Hittim

Ma'ot Hittim—literally meaning "wheat money"—refers to the centuries-old custom of gathering wheat to provide the poor with matzah and other items for the observance of Pesah. Today we fulfill this mitzvah by collecting funds to be donated annually for hunger relief. We invite all those who are selling their hametz with BJ to consider making a contribution to Ma'ot Hittim.
