We've lived this journey. Hand to Heart Village was born from years navigating hospitals, surgeries, and uncertainty with a medically fragile child. We discovered that while hospitals treat the child, families are left alone to navigate housing, meals, travel, and emotional recovery.

We exist to fill that gap.

We provide practical support - housing, meals, travel assistance, and sibling care - alongside the emotional understanding that only comes from having walked this road ourselves. Because no family should face their child's medical crisis alone.
