Experience the bountiful flavors of the Hartford Harvest Farm Share, offering 18 weeks of farm-fresh produce sourced from local farms in the Hartford area. This diverse share includes a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and even dry goods. By participating in the Hartford Harvest Farm Share, you not only enjoy the benefits of nutritious, locally sourced food but also support more than ten farmers and contribute to important food access initiatives.
Choose between 3, 9, or 18-week shares, and conveniently pick up your share at one of two Hartford locations between 4-6 pm each week. Additionally, income assistance options are available, ensuring that everyone can partake in this fantastic opportunity.
