It's Okay to Feel started as a clothing brand built around one truth: your emotions deserve space. Now it's become something bigger.

We have already built the It's Okay to Feel web app. It's free, it's live, and people are using it right now to check in with themselves, work through what they're feeling, and find community with people who get it.

But we're not done.

The next phase is the one that changes everything. We're raising funds to get the app into the Apple App Store and Google Play, and to bring licensed therapists into the platform for free video, phone, and chat sessions. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, just real support from real people at no cost to the user, forever.

Getting into the App Store requires real infrastructure. Your support goes toward App Store development and submission, therapist compensation so we can attract and retain licensed professionals who believe in this mission, and platform maintenance that keeps everything safe and running.

Why This Matters

This app was built specifically for the people who have been left out of traditional mental health systems. BIPOC communities, the LGBTQIA+ community, low income individuals, and anyone who has ever been told that therapy just wasn't accessible to them.
