1984 is where it all began...I was 5 years old I started my first business and it was a huge success. Every Saturday morning I made breakfast for anyone in the neighborhood.
Everything was $1 and the menu was hand-written as follows:
Pancake $1
Egg $1
OJ $1
Bacon $1
Sausage $1
This business worked for 3 reasons:
1. Cost of goods was low, my parent's bought the food.
2. Labor was low, I did most of the work and everyone in the house helped out. 3. It was my passion and I loved it!
My name is Stephen Munson and after 35 years of Entrepreneurship, I've discovered the biggest challenges and pitfalls that cause most people to fail or even never try. I've also figured out the keys to building any type of business from scratch with very limited resources and a way for anyone else to do it.

The pancake business seemed like it was yesterday and since that time in my life, I have failed and succeeded many times in business.
In the mid to late 1990s, during my teenage years, I would bring my Entrepreneurial drive to school and sell products and services that other students wanted or needed. This was a way for me to help, serve, connect and live a better life. The extra money meant a better lifestyle.
On November 20, 2000, my Brother Ryan died from a drug overdose, and shortly after this, I went into Emotional Survival Mode. I decided to carry out his dream and dove headfirst into one of the hardest business models in the world, the Restaurant business. I worked 100-hour weeks and quickly found out this wasn't my ideal lifestyle. I was waking up early, stressed all day long, and barely making enough money to float the business.
This is when I learned the power of innovation and changing gears. I turned a boring restaurant into the most happening nightclub in Cocoa Beach Florida. During these 4 years, I ran a business called Pineapple Pointe and it was nothing short of WILD & CRAZY! In some ways, I was too young to be involved in this type of world. I lived and encouraged the fast-paced party life and I was very good at it. The business was a non-stop money machine, but my discipline, focus, and managerial skills lacked.
This is when I ran into worlds of trouble! I was careless, foolish, and just plain dumb. I destroyed my body, mind, spirit, and finances. I was filled with pride and was naive. In 2004 I was offered $1.2 million for my business and property. I turned it down thinking it was worth more. Six months later I sold it for $600,000 and walked away with little to nothing, but memories and a reputation. I was known for wild parties that people still talk about 20 years later.
For the next 10 years, I was on a very difficult path. My life was filled with chaos and tragedies. I hadn't fully dealt with all the trauma I experienced from losing my Grandpa George in a horrific plane crash when I was 16 years old, 4 years later the death of my older brother Ryan and over 20 other close friends who died in my 20's from suicide, murder, drug overdose, and motorcycle accidents.
I was arrested twice for DUI and possession of drugs. My credit was a 380, my bank account was always negative, my confidence was at an all-time low, my self-esteem and self-worth were damaged, I was engaging in non-stop meaningless sex and to top it all off I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life.
In my early 30's things began to shift and I found my path again. I dedicated my time, energy, and focus to healing. I discovered a really simple formula that would inevitably change my life forever.
1. PUT GOD FIRST.
2. WORK HARD ON YOURSELF NOT YOUR JOB.
3. FIND A PROJECT BIGGER THAN YOUR PROBLEMS.
From 2013-2020 I was 100% sober and I was celibate. I decided that no form of substance abuse or sexual activity would be beneficial for my ability to transform. This was the only way for me to truly see and deal with my past which was filled with Anxiety, Bitterness, Doubt, Depression, Guilt, Insecurity, Regret, Resentment Shame, and Trauma.
This era of my life was the pinnacle of my success. I learned and mastered emotional intelligence, spiritual awakening, business skills, health, wellness, wealth, relationships, communication, happiness, and lifestyle.
During this time I built a company called HEAL, helped thousands of people, generated millions of dollars, got into optimal health, and traveled around the world. I experienced living in Thailand, Bali, Hawaii, and Colorado and touring through over 40 countries.
After this huge comeback and monumental success, I realized I wanted more out of life and I truly wanted to build the future generation. This is where HEAL Billions was born. In 2017 I started a non-profit 501(c)(3) company that would help create Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs and build 1 billion businesses around the world.
I noticed the increase in pain that people experienced. Millions of people are in jobs that they hate and even worse they are getting fired for not complying with new radical agendas.
The school system is destructive on many levels from social distancing, forced medical requirements, and a devastating curriculum. By the time a student graduates high school, they are stuck between overpaying for college or entering into a very confusing job market. The path to financial success, well-being, and happiness is difficult to find.
If one dares to go into Entrepreneurship they often end up alone, frustrated, and defeated. It can be very difficult to start a business without the proper skills, team, and resources.
