The Health Impact Community, powered by Hess III Consulting, is a mission-driven non-profit designed to bridge the gap between health and human services leaders, providers, and advocates. By fostering community, it focuses on strengthening local systems of care in Arizona, through authentic collaboration and resource sharing.

The community’s impact is defined by its commitment to "rolling up its sleeves" for local causes, as evidenced by these key performance milestones:

Hands-on Service: Members and leadership have contributed over 2,000 volunteer hours to local non-profit organizations.
Philanthropic Giving: The network has awarded over $55,500 in micro-grants to impactful local non-profits and gifted more than $20,000 in in-kind donations.
Advisory & Support: To help grassroots and early-stage organizations scale, the community has facilitated 49 pro-bono projects (15% of all projects), and provided over $400,000 in discounts for advisory services.
Educational Legacy: Through the Waymond Lee Pace Scholarship Fund, the community provides annual financial support to students pursuing careers in health and human services, honoring the mentor who helped the firm's founder transition out of chronic homelessness.
