Health Projects Center (HPC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that has supported Californians living and aging safely at home since 1980.

We deliver high-quality services and programs focused on care management, caregiver support, and workforce development. Serving Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and San Luis Obispo Counties, HPC empowers individuals and families to navigate the challenges of aging with dignity and confidence.

We envision a community where people live and age in place with health and dignity. We deliver culturally appropriate programs in both English and Spanish for older adults, family caregivers and health workers. Our programs support over 1,700 families annually at a fraction of the cost of an institution.
