Group Counseling - Spiritual empowerment counseling is offered to all Foundation members seeking to overcome abuse and trauma. This is a continuous program that first heals the trauma and then continues for as long as needed to support people through life’s challenges making it possible for everyone to live a life that’s free from abuse and fear.

Prayer Circle - The Foundation hosts a volunteer prayer group. Requests are received from the general public and all requests are held in confidential prayer for as long as needed.

Resource Library of Tools and Techniques - Tools and techniques are instrumental in helping one to feel empowered and confident in their daily lives. Instead of struggling through a challenge. Foundation members have a vast resource of techniques that address life's issues. The library offers a written and video record of all materials for easy reference.

Weekly Inspirational email - All Foundation subscribers receive a weekly inspirational post that uplifts, inspires, and educates them about a particular topic. Life can be tough, the Foundation seeks to make life more meaningful, inspiring, and uplifting.

Guest Speaking Appearances - We're always expanding and sharing inspiration. As a guest speaker, the Foundation shares spiritual education and empowerment talks that reach an audience beyond those whom we're currently serving. Practical Spirituality Courses - Spirituality is the answer to everyday problems. Every Foundation student will receive an in-depth understanding of spirituality, what it is, and what it can do for their life. Thus providing each student with a thorough understanding of spiritual techniques. Students learn how to use the techniques to solve problems, apply them to their daily lives, and live with heart-mind coherence and alignment.

This is a comprehensive program that covers common life problems and provides a spiritual solution.

Inspirational Book Series - Without exception, every person will encounter a dark period in their life. It may be a time when they feel lost, alone, confused, and most definitely in need of comfort. The Foundation's inspirational messages of hope and support are designed to uplift and strengthen with gentle words of encouragement.

Each book in the series will focus on a particular area of need and offer love and wisdom appropriate for that need.

The books will be available online and be distributed when they are needed most. Shelters, Treatment Centers. Prisons, Hospitals, Abuse Recovery Centers, and wherever there is a need.

Safe Space for Seniors - Many seniors are high-functioning but lonely. The Foundation will provide a weekly support group, a safe space to be seen and heard without pressure. This is an inspirational support group not intended for deep healing. It’s a safe space for conversation, companionship, and connection.

Intentional Creativity - Healing through different mediums of expression is often vital. Foundation members will learn to express themselves to feel seen and heard in every area of their lives.

Relationship Wellness - Re-entering life after recovering from abuse and trauma can feel frightening. Old relationships may no longer be intact and forming healthy, new ones will require self-love as well as a practical skill set. Foundation members will be guided in establishing and maintaining healthy relationships that nourish and delight the heart as they honor all aspects of a person’s life.
