As a survivor of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), I know firsthand how quickly an ordinary moment can become a fight for survival. I founded The 621 Foundation with a simple belief: people should be prepared to respond when a life is on the line, and access to life-saving tools and training should not depend on your ZIP code.

Now, we’re working to build heart-safe communities across Greenville County, SC, one neighborhood at a time.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 by June 2027 to expand access to AEDs, CPR/AED training, and heart-safety education throughout our community.

Your support will help us:

Expand AED access by helping place life-saving defibrillators in local businesses, nonprofits, and community spaces.
Equip more people to respond through CPR/AED education and training opportunities.
Support AED readiness through maintenance, batteries, cabinets, signage, and other essential needs.
Raise awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the importance of knowing how to respond.
Build community partnerships with organizations that can help make heart safety part of everyday preparedness.
Grow our annual Ready to Respond initiatives and community heart-safety events.
