Heartwood Endowment Fund

The purpose of the Heartwood Endowment Fund is to provide funds to monitor and uphold the terms of the conservation easement in perpetuity. The conservation easement will ensure that Heartwood Preserve remains a conservation cemetery and that it is managed for its native, natural ecosystems and protected from development in perpetuity. A perpetual conservation easement is legally binding on the current and future owners of the property. Any donation to the Heartwood Endowment Fund will be restricted and used for that purpose only.
