SDUSD: While under investigation to obstruct reporting, ABUSERS purport the Whistleblowers AND victims are suspect. Reporters suffer ongoing retaliation; events dated to 2021 in court records, specify retaliation targeting whistleblowers as 'recorders of children' to incite gang affiliated anti gay sexual harassment and violence and obstruct reporting.

US Dept. of Ed. OCR [2024] Cites SDUSD as an Egregious Offender:

1. The District generally failed to fulfill its regulatory obligation to provide an equitable

response to allegations of sex discrimination regarding sexual harassment, including

sexual assault;

2. The District systematically failed to coordinate its response to sexual harassment,

including sexual assault, through its designated Title IX Coordinator; and

3. The District failed to adopt prompt and equitable grievance procedures for complaints of

sexual harassment.
