Coastal Cat Rescue is different from many local rescues. We are a 100% foster-based 501(c)3, which means our cats go directly into loving homes while they wait for their permanent families. This provides them a loving, low stress environment plus enables our kittens to be socialized with humans as early as possible.

Our foster-based model, and the fact that we're staffed by volunteers, means your donations go further. Since our start in 2024, we've helped an average of 100+ cats find loving homes each year. Many of them come to us sick, injured, or from very difficult conditions, but we nurse them to health and love them--until they find a family to love them forever.

Our goal is to create a community where every cat has a loving, permanent home, all while we work to reduce the population of stray and unwanted felines through spaying, neutering, and education.
