When it rains, it pours 💔 Earlier this month, we welcomed Beau into our family, a precious Shepherd who tugged at our hearts from the moment we laid eyes on him. Initially, he seemed fine after a check-up at the vet, despite a bit of discharge from his nose.

However, just a few days later, things took a turn. His incredible foster mom noticed he was lethargic, and soon after, he stopped eating and drinking altogether. Our hearts sank as we rushed him to the ER, exhausted but fighting. Though he was discharged, we soon found ourselves back at the hospital, where our sweet Beau was diagnosed with pneumonia.

But there’s a glimmer of hope! Since being admitted again, we’re overjoyed to report that Beau has started eating and is showing signs of improvement! After losing our beloved Boba, seeing any of our rescued pups unwell is unbearable.
