Emergency! Noelle needs surgery for a dismembered leg

Noelle needs immediate surgery to prevent septic shock and alleviate excruciating pain.

We received a call from a partner veterinarian office explaining Noelle had been brought in to their office. She arrived with the lower half of her leg missing, the bone sticking out, and decay setting in. Her face was showing clear signs of pain and distress. After seeing the extent of her injury, surgery was the only way forward. A staff member was willing to foster Noelle if we were able to bring her into our foster program. After hearing her story and seeing her pictures, we couldn't not help. Now we are asking for your help.
