Sage is a tiny rescue kitten who came to us sick and alone. She had a low-grade fever, very pale gums, and was so weak she needed urgent vet care to make sure she’d pull through.

At the vet, Sage got a full exam, bloodwork, fluids, medication, and special food to help her fight off infection and regain her strength. We later found out she’s also battling Giardia, which makes recovery even tougher for a kitten so small.

Thanks to quick medical care and lots of love, Sage is already showing signs of feeling better — but her vet bill came to $307, and she still needs follow-up care and good nutrition to fully recover.
