Governed by an independent board and adhering to all federal financial regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), USAID-AMERICA will maintain its own budget, ensuring complete financial transparency. Until sufficient funding is secured for formal establishment, all contributions will be held in a dedicated Voiceopin International bank account exclusively earmarked for USAID-AMERICA, adhering to all nonprofit compliance requirements.
