Help Us Fill the Next 2,500 Weekend Food Bags

No child should go hungry over summer break.

When school cafeterias close, hundreds of children in Campbell County lose access to the most reliable meal they receive all day. In 2025, we delivered 2,570 weekend food bags to more than 200 children who would have otherwise gone without.

This summer, the need is just as great and we’re increasing the amount of food in each bag to include more fresh produce and protein. This ensures every child has enough food for the entire weekend, but it also raises the cost of each bag from $6 to $8.

Your tax-deductible gift today will help us keep these kids fed all summer long.

Every dollar helps fill another weekend bag and every bag means another child won’t go hungry this summer. And soon, thanks to our new nonprofit farm, the fresh veggies in these bags will come directly from the land we’re growing together.

You can also support our work through non-cash gifts like donor-advised funds, stock, cryptocurrency, or an IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). These options are simple, tax-efficient ways to help children in Campbell County get the nutrition they need. Visit our Donate page, and scroll to view our non-cash giving options to learn more.
